Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 1–5 business days depending on your location and the courier. Maximum delivery is 5 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp (if provided) with tracking details once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders — check your cart for details.

5. Processing Exceptions / Peak Seasons

During festivals, strikes, or courier disruptions, dispatch or delivery may be delayed. We will notify you via email or SMS if an order is affected.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivery failed or a package is lost, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your Order ID. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund according to our claims process.

7. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed using food-safe, tamper-evident packaging. If the tamper seal is broken on arrival, do not consume the product and contact us immediately.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Customer

You may cancel orders at any time before dispatch. To cancel, use your account order page or contact support with your Order ID.

2. Cut-off for Cancellations

Cancellations requested after dispatch cannot be guaranteed and will not be accepted. If the order is already out for delivery, please refer to the claims process for lost or undelivered packages.

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch: refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (actual timing depends on the payment provider).
  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch: no payment is taken.

4. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, payment failures, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
