Return & Refund Policy

At Your Spice Men, we’re passionate about delivering the freshest, highest-quality products to our customers. Because our items are perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect choice, or opened packages once they have been shipped or delivered.

However, your satisfaction and safety are extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated upon arrival.
  • The tamper seal or packaging is broken or compromised.
  • You receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order.

We do not accept claims for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect selection.
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or contamination).

2. How to File a Claim

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • For perishable or damage-related issues: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For packaging, missing item, or non-perishable issues: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When you contact us, please include the following:

  1. Order ID or invoice number.
  2. Clear photos showing:
    • The affected product(s).
    • The outer packaging and shipping label.
    • The batch or lot code, and tamper seal (if applicable).
  3. A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Item leaked in transit,” “Wrong spice blend received,” etc.).

3. Our Resolution Process

Once your claim is received:

  • Our team will review the details and respond within 24 business hours.
  • If your claim is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • A full refund to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Product Returns

For food safety reasons, we generally do not require products to be returned. Instead, we rely on photos and batch details to investigate the issue.

In rare cases where a return is necessary (e.g., for quality inspection or recall purposes), we will:

  • Arrange a prepaid courier pickup or provide a return label, and
  • Give you detailed return instructions for safe handling.

5. Important Notes

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, spoilage, or damage caused by incorrect address details or unattended deliveries.
  • Claims submitted after the reporting window (24–48 hours) may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
